Vinay Khare is a creative technologist and new media artist based in Pondicherry, India.
As a creative technologist he has 4 years of experience in between studio and independent work. He has worked on interactive product showcase for a showroom, a light show for a fashion show, an audio-reactive experience for a retail store, interactive web experiences etc.
As a new media artist, his work spans a variety of disciplines in the form of interactive installations, multimedia performances and immersive experiences. He has conducted workshops and had his projects featured in New York, Barcelona, Florida and London. He had been awarded the Curator’s Choice Award for ‘Chaos in String Theory’ at the Digital Graffiti Festival 2018.
He is also the co-founder of Āyāhi, an experiential art atelier in multimedia art and immersive experiences, based out of Pondicherry, India.
